You may use this site to browse resources, research inspectors, submit inquiries, and apply for membership or sponsorship. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with operations, or submit false or misleading information.

Directory and Resource Information

IHIN publishes directory listings and educational content for informational purposes. Buyers and homeowners should still perform their own due diligence before hiring an inspector or service provider.

Form Submissions

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit.
• Quote requests may be forwarded to the inspector you selected.
• Applications may be reviewed, accepted, declined, or removed at IHIN's discretion.

Third-Party Links

Some pages link to third-party inspector or sponsor websites. IHIN is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or business practices.

Changes

IHIN may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of the site after a published update means you accept the revised terms.
